Location: St Albans (Remote working)

Salary: Dependent on experience

Contract Type: Initial 6-month contract

Hours: Full Time

We are a small sized architectural practice based in St Albans, focusing on residential and small commercial projects. The role is a working from home role, although we look to meet up regularly to liaise on projects.

Responsibilities

The role will include the following:

• carrying out measured surveys
• preparation of design/planning drawings
• preparation of construction packages
• 3D modelling
• Site experience

Required skills

The successful applicant should:

• be proficient with AutoCAD and have the ability to communicate with hand-drawing
• have 3D modelling capability (SketchUp and Lumion)
• have strong written and verbal communication skills
• be self-motivated, pro-active and show a team player mentality
• have a minimum of 2 years practical experience
