At Araco Design Studio we appreciate that each and every client has different requirements and priorities. We are here to make the design, planning and construction process as straightforward as possible – our range of packages are tailored to your needs ensuring you get exactly what you're after.
With basic, standard and premium packages, our tiered fee structure offers beneficial flexibility. Additionally, we can deliver the following services:
- Principle designer (required on all projects)
- Party wall (required on some projects)
- Furniture design
- Lighting advice
Basic
Our Basic package involves working through and submitting both the planning and building regulations applications. Generally, it is best suited to clients who have experience of the construction industry and are familiar with the process, or if an experienced contractor is involved. Whilst we will provide construction drawings, some details will need to be agreed on site between the client and contractor. Please note that this package covers RIBA work stages 0-4.
Standard
Our Standard package involves working through the entire process, from inception to completion, and covers RIBA work stages 0-6. We we will guide clients through the design process, planning application and building regulations submission. Construction/working drawings will include plans, sections and elevations at 1:50 and 1:20, but this does rely on clients providing the majority of details for the internal finishes, with limited input from us. This can either come directly from the clients or an Interior designer can be consulted to provide a schedule of works which can be integrated into our tender package. Kitchen and bathroom designs are to be developed by external contractors.
Premium
Our Premium package also involves working through the entire process, from inception to completion, and covers RIBA work stages 0-6. Similarly, we we will guide clients through the design process, planning application and building regulations submission. Construction/working drawings will include plans, sections and elevations at 1:50 and 1:20. Where the Premium package differs is the additional offering of assistance with internal designs, including selection of doors, ironmongery, floor and wall finishes, fitted furniture and bathroom designs. Kitchen designs are not included and are to be developed by specialist contractors. We will also produce 3D models throughout all stages of the project – these models really help clients visualise both the interior and exterior of the proposed building.
